A: Our standard plans focus on providing high-speed web hosting only. While domains and corporate email hosting are not included in the subscription, we are happy to assist you with domain registration and email setup as optional ad-hoc services.

Q: Can I change the website layout or swap templates later?

A: To ensure a quick and smooth launch, the layout is designed to follow your chosen template. The included one (1) round of revision is perfect for matching the site to your brand—allowing you to update text, replace images, and adjust brand colors. If you’d like to add extra sections or make structural changes, we can easily do that for an add-on fee of RM199 per section.

Q: What happens if I need to update my website text or photos after launch?

A: To keep your website secure and running smoothly, backend access varies by plan. For our managed packages, we take care of all technical and system updates for you. If you need text or image updates down the road, we also offer convenient, paid content update services whenever you need them.

Q: Can I migrate this website to my own server later?

A: Our templates are custom-built to run exclusively on Idea Batch’s optimized infrastructure to ensure top performance and security. Because of this deep integration, external migration or exporting is generally not supported, though unauthorized moves can be reviewed under special requests and will incur additional migration fees.

Q: How long does it take for my website to go live?

A: We know timing is important for your business. Once you’ve selected your template and provided us with your baseline content (or after we finish your AI Content Creation), our team typically gets your website fully up and running within 7 working days.

Q: Are these templates friendly for Google ranking (SEO)?

A: Yes, absolutely! Even though these are ready-made templates, they are built with clean, lightweight coding and mobile-responsive structures that Google loves. Since our background is rooted in digital marketing and SEO, we ensure your template gives your business a great digital foundation to start ranking locally.

Q: Can I make my website bilingual (e.g., English & Mandarin) later?

A: Our standard templates are set up for a single language to keep things clean and efficient.
