Mandatory Hosting: All website templates must be hosted with Idea Batch. The standard hosting subscription covers web hosting only and strictly excludes email hosting.
Maintenance & Support Boundaries: Technical support and maintenance are limited to system security, infrastructure stability, and software updates (subject to the specific package purchased). Under no circumstances does any package include complimentary post-launch content updates or structural modifications. For packages without maintenance, Idea Batch is responsible for server uptime only; any troubleshooting caused by client alterations will incur additional charges.
Subscription Termination & Data Deletion: If the subscription payment is overdue or cancelled, the website will be suspended for fourteen (14) days. If payment is not settled within this 14-day grace period, the website and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers. Idea Batch holds zero liability for data loss, and any restoration will require a full setup fee to rebuild.
Third-Party Fees: The package price and subscription fee exclude any third-party expenses, including but not limited to domain registration, payment gateway fees, and premium plugin or API licenses.
Design, Content & Revisions
Template-Based Design: The website layout is built strictly according to the selected template. Any additional sections requested beyond the standard template will be charged at RM199 per section.
Website Revision Limit: Only one (1) round of revision is permitted for the overall website layout and structure. Subsequent revisions will be charged at RM199 per page.
Content Creation Services: Clients are required to provide all baseline website content (wording, images, and brand guidelines). If the add-on Content Creation (RM199) is purchased, clients must still provide basic inputs or a brief for AI generation. This service includes a maximum of one (1) revision of the generated content only.
Ownership & Liability
IP & Migration Rights: The website design, system, and template copyrights remain the exclusive property of Idea Batch. Website export or migration to any external hosting server is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized, and will be subject to additional migration fees.
Client Delay & Delivery Liability: Idea Batch shall not be held liable for any project delays or failure to deliver the completed website if such delays are caused by the client’s failure or lateness in providing necessary content, feedback, or credentials. The project will only progress as long as the client’s subscription remains active.
